Change your limiting beliefs

To achieve our desired goals, it is necessary to change our mindset and overcome our limiting beliefs.

 

Limiting beliefs are deeply held beliefs about ourselves and the world around us that keep us from moving forward. They can limit us and make us doubt our abilities and possibilities.​Changing our mindset starts with becoming aware of these limiting beliefs.

 

Through RTT hypnosis we can identify these limiting beliefs and acknowledge that they are holding us back. Then we actively work on transforming those negative beliefs into positive, supportive beliefs.​

 

This process requires self-reflection and self-awareness. Ask yourself why we believe in certain limiting beliefs and what experiences or beliefs contributed to their development. We can then challenge these beliefs and formulate alternative, positive beliefs that will enable us to achieve our goals.

 

Overcoming limiting beliefs also takes courage and perseverance. Be willing to step out of our comfort zone and explore new possibilities. It can be scary to let go of old beliefs, but it's necessary if we want to grow and bring about change.

  • Is hypnotherapy dangerous?
  • What if I revisit memories that are very painful or scary?
    When you go back to memories related to sexual abuse or violence, or other traumas, it is important to remember that you are not going to relive the events, we are going to look at the memories together and at all times you are safe now. I am here to support you and to create a safe space for you to feel and heal your emotions. You will be safe.
  • How long does a session last?
    The session itself takes about 2 hours. An intake interview takes about 30 minutes, a Break the Circle interview about 30-45 minutes.
  • Will I sleep during the session?
    No. You will be alert and awake. You will be aware of everything that happens during the session.
  • Does RTT Hypnotherapy really work?
    Yes!
  • Is this regression therapy?
    Yes. Regression is a super valuable way to find the cause of a problem. However, you will not relive the events, but we will observe the events or your experiences from a distance. And yes, you can feel sad for a while, or happy, but you are safe at all times during this observation.
  • How do I feel after a session?
    This is different for everyone. One is full of energy, another feels light, as if a burden has been lifted from his shoulders. Yet another is amazed at what has come up during the session. You can also feel happy and loving. But what I am saying is, it is different for everyone. It's better to have no expectations, let it happen. It is possible that in the time after the session other memories will come up, which you will then look at in a different way. You will learn more and more about yourself, how you have been programmed. In any case, a session will be liberating and you will come out lighter and stronger, perhaps immediately, but in any case after regularly listening to the personalized audio, which you will receive with your session.
  • What if I already know the cause of my problem?
    What makes RTT Hypnotherapy truly amazing is that even if you think you know the reason for your problem, you will see everything in a whole new light. This allows you to rethink the meaning you have given to events in your life and change your beliefs. Many clients return to memories they never expected. Relax and trust that your subconscious mind is showing you exactly what is important to see. And remember, if you do know the cause of the problem, how come you are still not free of it?
  • How does hypnosis work?
    Hypnosis is a science. It works by generating brain waves that are the same as during REM sleep. This gives you access to your subconscious. It may sound complicated, but it is not. It is very easy to get into hypnosis, anyone can do it and experience the great results.
  • What if I want or need another session?
    RTT is designed to facilitate powerful transformation and you will notice major changes in your life. Some clients may require multiple sessions depending on the issue and how deeply embedded it is. After experiencing the incredible and rapid changes that 1 session brings, clients often choose to work on other aspects of their lives and often choose coaching to integrate and anchor the changes in their lives.
  • What does it feel like to be in hypnosis?
    This feels different for everyone. Some people feel very light, others focused, some think they are not in hypnosis. Mostly people feel calm and relaxed. During a session you can just talk. What is important to know is that how you feel is not an indication of the effectiveness of the session. It works guaranteed!
  • What if I can't go deep enough into hypnosis?
    This doesn't matter at all, you don't have to worry about it. Forget this question, it's not important at all. The depth of hypnosis has nothing to do with the results you will get. So don't doubt yourself, but tell yourself: hypnosis works (and because of this it will definitely work for you). Hypnosis is very effective.
  • When will I notice changes?
    You can experience a change in different ways: Some people notice an immediate change, for others it takes a little longer, and others only see changes afterwards. And many people are noticing all these changes. Your brain has had beliefs for years and it can take some time for the new beliefs and thoughts to feel familiar. That is why it is so important to keep listening to the audio for 3 weeks.
  • Can I have trouble coming out of hypnosis?
    No. You remain in control throughout the session. You can talk to me, move your body, grab a tissue to blow your nose. You can even get up to go to the toilet (although I always recommend doing this before the session 😉). If an emergency occurs during the session, someone really needs your attention, you will come out of hypnosis immediately. When you listen to the audio that you receive after the session, you can simply come out of hypnosis afterwards or fall into a wonderful healing sleep.
  • What ages do you work with?
    From 10 - 100. If you fall outside of this category, please contact me. I think it is important to indicate here that during a session we work on the priority of the client and not of a parent (this can sometimes differ). It should also be the client 's choice to work on the problem with me.
  • Is Wendy, the therapist, going to take control of my thoughts?
    No. You always be in control. I cannot make you do anything you do not want, nor can I steal your PIN code or make you do strange things. You cannot be hypnotized against your will. I am merely the facilitator of the process.
